Sarah Forces Everyone To Watch William Shatner In The Ray Bradbury Theater!

A mid-eighties body-switch horror (?) tale baffles the panel.

Anthology horror/sci-fi show The Ray Bradbury Theater saw a lot of famosos pass through its spooky portals over the years, but Sarah unwisely picked an episode featuring her birthday-mate William Shatner, S01.E02: “The Playground.” Not clear enough on its own internal logic to be creepy, not overacted enough to be funny, “The Playground” is interesting not for Bradbury’s failures in adapting the original story clearly, but for its impressive roster of Canadian Hey, It’s That Guy!s. Does Dave’s drawing make sense of the episode’s geography? Did we find the ne plus ultra of Shatnerian line delivery? Is Sarah grounded from forcenings? Listen and find out!
